AIDDG-DS Digital Depth Gauge. The AIDDG-DS is used to verify the height from the bottom of the paddle blade or basket, to the inside bottom of the vessel as described in the United States/Indian/British Pharmacopeia. The AIDDG-DS has been precisely engineered to make your calibration process as simple and precise as possible.

It is important to ensure the dissolution bath is working as intended, and giving precise and reproducible results. To do this it is important that the bath meets the USP or ASTM physical specifications. The ASTM variables are tighter as they rely only on the physical measurement whereas the USP also requires a test using calibrator tablets.

Mechanical Calibration parameters are easily verified using Analysis Instruments innovative family of Calibration Tools. All are supplied with NABL traceable calibration certificates and user manuals. These Calibration tools have been designed for use on most Dissolution Baths.

Calibration certification is generally covered for 1 year from the date of calibration. Analysis Instruments performs initial calibrations and recalibrations of this, and many other dissolution accessories. The AIDDG-DS is maintenance free and does not require daily service.
