Manufactured from Virgin PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone), this adaptor offers exceptional mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance. It is an ideal solution for connecting tubing, piping, or threaded components in sensitive applications such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, analytical instrumentation, and chemical processing.

·         PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone) is known for its outstanding performance in extreme conditions. Our adaptors can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) and pressures up to 3500 psi, depending on the configuration. They are also non-metallic, corrosion-resistant, and electrically insulating, making them a superior alternative to traditional stainless steel or brass fittings—especially in applications where metal contamination or conductivity is a concern.

·         The adaptors are available in a wide range of configurations, including male-to-female, tube-to-thread, tube-to-tube, and reducing adaptors. Standard sizes include 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2", with custom thread types such as NPT, BSPT, UNF, and metric also available upon request. Each adaptor is CNC-machined with high precision, ensuring a tight seal, accurate fit, and leak-proof performance.
