Dissolution Sampling Cannulas:

• Dissolution Sampling Cannulas are used to take samples from the dissolution test. Choice of cannula is important as the sampling method must not adversely affect the accuracy of the dissolution test and cause erroneous results.
• Dissolution filters are used when samples are taken to prevent particles of tablet from getting into the sample and affecting the spectrophotometer or HPLC results.
