• The weights provided meet weighing requirements of most analytical laboratories and include following weights: 10mg(0.01gm),20mg(0.02gm),100mg(0.1gm),200mg(0.2gm), 500mg(0.5gm),0.10gm,0.20gm,0.50gm, 1.00gm, 2.00gm,5.00gm,10.00gm,20.00gm,50gm and 100gm.

The accuracy class for weights used as standards for the verification of weights or weighing instruments should be in accordance with the requirements of the relevant OIML Recommendations.

The letter “E” for Classes E1 and E2 refers to EXTRA FINE where the letter “F” for Classes F1 and F2 refers FINE.

The Class F1 and F2 weight bear number indicating the nominal value, but E1 & E2 unmarked.

Duplicated weights are marked with a dot and weight composition is according to OIML recommendations mainly 5-2-2-1 composition.

Weights of class F1 shall not bear any class reference.

Weights equal to or greater than 1 g shall bear, by burnishing or engraving, the indication of their nominal value (not followed by the name or symbol of the unit).

Weights of class F2 equal to or greater than 1 g shall bear their reference class in the form “F” together with the indication of their nominal value.

Class E2

Application:

• E2 Class weights are recommended for the calibration of micro, semi-micro & analytical balances where very high accuracy is required.

E2 Class weights also can use to calibrate F1 Class weights.

Technical Parameter

The sieves have been designed to have now raw edges.

The mesh is evenly tensioned and welded and has no solder in it (lead free). It contains no crevices to trap the sieved material during the sieving process thus preventing contamination.

All sieves are manufactured to the strictest engineering standards to ensure accuracy and the highest quality. Sieves are individually laser marked with a unique serial number and specifications for easier traceability.

Inspection and Compliance Certificate

Sieving remains unchallenged as the latest expensive method of particle size analysis. However, with the introduction of increasingly stringent quality assurance specifications , user are demanding higher precision from the technique.

Calibration Certificate (Optional)

To calibrate the mesh opening and wire diameter, We  calibrate by using microscope with software which allows capturing and process/measuring as well as analyzing of mesh opening and wire diameter. The system also prints out a calibration certificate showing the results of average aperture size (wrap and weft)  ,wire diameter and standard deviation separately for the wrap and weft direction.

The calibration of entire system is done against an ensured traceable standard.

Cellulose Nitrate Membrane Filter (CN)

Sterile single pack or disperser-ready membranes can be used for colony counting, particle testing, sterility testing and microscopy. The membrane filters are made of cellulose nitrate (mixed cellulose ester), cellulose acetate or regenerated cellulose. Choose between single pack sterile membranes without crate or crate, with or without hydrophobic edge.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
